To this end the Embassy is committed to developing long-term partnerships with business and government to facilitate the sustainable development of Madagascar in line with the Madagascar Action Plan (MAP ) and its eight commitments.

The embassy aims to broaden and deepen relations between the Republic of Madagascar and the European Union, working in partnership with the European institutions, EU Member State governments and the European private sector toward tangible mutual benefits.

We are committed to promoting Madagascar’s interests at the level of the EU, through the development of trusted partnerships with the European Commission, the European Parliament, European civil society and European business networks, and by establishing the Madagascar Action Plan (MAP) as a successful case study for other developing nations.
